The autumn edition of the ERTF newsletter 2012 is now available to view by members. In it you will find plenty of reviews of exhibitions, plus information about up and coming events and information from the committee. For those of you who want more information about the speakers at the November conference I have added links but hopefully by the time you read this you will have already received your ticket as the deadline is only days away (1st November). I have also included a copy of the updated programme for the World Textiles conference, even though it is also available on the website.
Hopefully by the time of the next newsletter I will be able to give a review of how the conference went plus much more information about what is happening in the group.
Members can send articles and reviews at any time (dates and details in the newsletter) and I am even happy to type them up if you send them (legibly) by hand; as long as they are in good time for the deadline (mid-January). Even if you have just snippets of information on exhibitions you have seen or are coming up let me know - or bring them along to the conference and I'll see you there. Janette

Owen Jones Exhibition Dates
The final Exhibition of the tour of ERTF Owen Jones inspired work is about to open
20th October - 9th December 2012
Peterborough Museum, Priestgate, Peterborough, PE1 1LF
Opening times:
Tues-Sat 10am/5pm
Sun 12noon/4pm
Due to circumstances beyond the control of the ERTF the exhibition will be closing earlier than originally notified. So please be aware of the new end date of 9th December 2012. Sadly circumstances mean that we are also unable to offer the Workshops we had planned, again this is due to external circumstances.
However, do please take the opportunity for this last look at the Exhibition, which includes final art pieces alongside sketchbooks showing ideas and working processes.
See the Owen Jones page on the website for more information.
