Contacting Chairman

My personal email is sending messages back saying "returned automatically without being read" or words to that effect and some people think they have sent me an email as they haven't had a notice that it hasn't got to me. Since Friday I have not received any mail (as I normally get around 30 a day I know something is wrong but unfortunately Virgin do not know what!) so if you think you have sent me something since Sat 19th Sep on my personal email I haven't got it.
